The marina view condos are as nice as ocean view. Washer and dryer in the 2-bedroom unit. Several restaurant options and excellent buffet breakfast. Ordering food and drinks on the beach is awesome. Suites with kitchens are spacious. Nice and clean pools with great slides. Soft sand and shallow water perfect for kids. Friendly and helpful staff.

Upgraded room upon arrival at no extra cost. Two bedroom with ocean view and full kitchen and laundry room. Central air conditioning that kept the temperature and humidity at a perfect comfort level. Great pool area with plenty of shady palapas to enjoy the beach.

Outdated check, in and check, out process, had to wait in a long line. Smoking allowed on balconies, which affected our ability to enjoy our own balcony.

I had a health emergency during my stay, and the staff at Paradise Village acted swiftly and competently. I felt extremely fortunate to have their assistance in a time of need. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

The staff members, especially Marten, were kind and helpful. Cabanas were always available on the beach. The grounds and facilities were clean. The rooms were comfortable with good AC. Close proximity to a grocery store, shopping mall, and hospital.

I recently visited a resort that had a great location on a stunning beach. It had everything I needed, including a shopping center, a bank, and fantastic restaurants. I was impressed by the cost, as it was the best value for my money. I am definitely planning to return in the future because I have never felt pressured to buy into a membership, unlike other resorts. the staff were always available and the resort had excellent lighting at night. the security was noticeable, even on the beach. it was a great experience.

The beach was absolutely fantastic, with beautiful turquoise waters and soft sand. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the service at the beach was top-notch, with attentive waiters who were quick to bring us drinks and snacks. the location of the hotel was also great, with a shopping mall nearby for any last-minute needs. we had a wonderful time enjoying the beach and the excellent service provided by the staff.

The limited options for dining. the all-inclusive package we selected turned out to be a disappointment, as the buffet was only average and the drinks were weak.

Beautiful beach front resort close to mall and grocery store. Comfortable chairs and palapas provided shade. Family friendly with safe areas for kids to run around. Great facilities including pool, beach, 2 bedroom suites, and beach bar service. Good value for the money.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel. The cleanliness of the grounds and facilities was top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, and the maids did an awesome job in keeping them tidy. The hotel had excellent facilities, and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool schedule. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

A Hidden Gem

Arriving at Paradise Village, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and warm hospitality. The sprawling resort offered endless activities and a stunning beach. My spacious room, complete with a kitchenette, provided the perfect escape. The top-notch SPA and boogie boarding were definite highlights. While the buffet became repetitive, exploring nearby eateries was a delightful option. The supermarket on-site made enjoying meals with a view a breeze. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a relaxing and high-quality getaway.

The beach was perfect for long walks, with clean and fine sand. The property had nice restaurants, particularly the marina restaurant. There was a variety of nightly entertainment at the amphitheatre. The hotel had a fantastic bike/walking path that went a long way. The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall with a grocery market.

My recent stay at Paradise Village was absolutely fantastic! The location right on the beach was a dream come true. The all-inclusive feature was a major plus, ensuring I never had to worry about finding a place to eat or drink. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed, including a full kitchen. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean and providing fresh towels. The food and beverage options were top-notch, with a great selection and delicious meals. The highlight was the Mayapan Restaurant for breakfast, the beach or pool for lunch, and the buffet Tulum for dinner. The only downside was the limited number of restaurants included in the all-inclusive package. Despite a couple of mosquitoes in the bathroom of the ground floor room, I had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and beautiful vacation.
