The resort provided excellent facilities and amenities for guests with disabilities. The staff were accommodating and knowledgeable, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Felt warm, but nothing to complain about.

The location of the resort was not ideal, as it was situated in a very small area where you could hardly see anything apart from the resort itself. Additionally, to get to the Family Concierge area was another hike, making it inconvenient for guests.

It's concerning that different people have access to the rooms, making it difficult to determine who was responsible for the theft.

Paradisus Playa Del Carmen was amazing! Great food, Nespresso hut, Kids waterpark, attentive staff, and wonderful Kids Club.

We spent our Christmas vacation at a wonderful resort and had a great experience overall. The family-oriented environment was incredible, and the heated pool and waterpark were so much fun for the kids! We also loved the variety of restaurants and the delicious food served. The location was perfect as well, close to a beautiful beach and all the attractions we wanted to visit.

We had a minor issue with the cleanliness of our room. We noticed a bit of dust and some stains on the carpet, which was a bit disappointing.

Our stay at Paradisus was absolutely amazing! We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and the inclusive amenities. The swim-up bars were a definite highlight, and the drinks were always well-made and refreshing. The friendly and professional Activities team, especially Esteban, made our time at the pool so much fun. The variety and quality of the food in the restaurants exceeded our expectations. The resort also provided great options for the kids, ensuring they had a blast. we had a fantastic experience at Paradisus and highly recommend it!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. From the beautifully designed spa and wellness center, to the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, I felt pampered every moment of my stay. The beach access was the cherry on top, and the sun loungers and beach umbrellas made for the perfect relaxing experience. The restaurant options were excellent, and the poolside snack bar and beach bar were the perfect spot for a midday cocktail.

The only minor issue I had was with the entertainment. While the hotel had an aqua park and offered make up services, the evening entertainment could have been more varied.

Great food, fantastic drinks, friendly people, amazing gym. Best restaurants were Fuego and Bana. Best bartender was Miguel at Gabi club bar. Best breakfast spots were la palapa and market. Best lunch spot was la palapa. Highly recommend the upgrade for the reserve experience.
