The rooms were cleaned daily, with spacious beds and a great bathroom. The beach and pool were beautiful, and the drinks and fish tacos were delicious. The staff were friendly, particularly Dora and Maya. The landscape was clean and well-maintained, and Fuego had amazing lambchops.

The restaurants were top-notch, offering delicious food with beautiful decor. The pool was clean despite the lively atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing LED night show.

The grounds are surrounded by wildlife, creating a natural and serene atmosphere. The pool area is nice and the beach is lovely. The staff is friendly and polite, especially the pool bar team in the royal service area. The restaurants provide excellent food allergen advice, making it easy for guests with dietary restrictions to enjoy their meals. The spa facilities are beautiful, and there is even a running track around the resort for fitness enthusiasts. The butler service, particularly Hector, is amazing and goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, such as decorating the room for special occasions.

I recently stayed at this adults-only resort in Playa del Carmen for a week-long vacation with friends. The swim-up rooms were a highlight, perfect for a group getaway. The on-site restaurants, especially Bana Fusion, served top-notch sushi and other delicious dishes. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with special mention to our amazing waiter Oscar. The beach cabanas provided a secluded paradise. Paradisus La Perla exceeded our expectations and we would love to return.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. We were impressed by the first-rate service and the excellent food at the different restaurants. The Royal Service Junior Suite Swim-up room exceeded our expectations with its beautiful design and private entrance to the pool and hot tub. The staff, especially our butlers Alexander and Francisco, made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The little touches like the bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries made the experience truly unforgettable. We also appreciated the priority reservations and personal service provided by the staff.
