The resort exceeded my expectations with its breathtaking location on the side of a mountain. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I was particularly impressed with the Chef's attention to my husband's gluten intolerance, providing him with delicious gluten-free options at every meal. the resort's shuttle cars were readily available, making it easy for us to navigate the terraced layout of the rooms and access the remote beach club.

They even went as far as rallying with the pool boy and security guard to assist my husband out of the pool when we were struggling with the ladder. The location of this place is also great, with multiple areas to relax by the various pools. The food quality was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. What I particularly loved was that they provided hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, and nachos with cheese, which was a nice touch for those who didn't want to attend the buffet or were just looking for a quick snack. The staff were fantastic, always trying their best despite some language issues. I had a wonderful experience here.

Our suite was incredibly spacious with two beds, a balcony, a living room, and a small kitchen. the facilities were great, offering everything we needed in an all-inclusive package. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food, while good, could be improved. the location is convenient with taxis readily available. we had a wonderful stay and would rate it 8/10.

The buffets could also benefit from warmer food and occasional bacon in the breakfast offerings. I highly recommend this resort.
