Our room at Parral 14 Boutique was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The elegant decor made us feel like we were staying in a luxury hotel. The concierge was very helpful and spoke English fluently, providing excellent service. In addition, the hotel was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We did experience some noise from the front desk, as our room was located above the foyer. Additionally, the bright fluorescent lights outside made it difficult to tell if it was morning or night when we woke up.
