Luxurious yet natural, cozy and spacious rooms, proximity to Nat park, howler monkeys and parrots, eco friendly lodge, responsive and helpful staff.

The hotel had a convenient location near the Mayan ruins, which was a plus. the staff was helpful and accommodating. the swimming pool was pleasant, but it was small, only good for two people at most. the breakfast was enjoyable, and we could have it delivered to our room.

The hotel lacked a restaurant on-site, which was inconvenient. the internet connection was weak, although it gave us an opportunity to disconnect from the web.

The location of the hotel was ideal, nestled next to a serene sanctuary and overlooking a picturesque pasture with grazing cattle. It was conveniently situated near the park of the ruins, allowing for easy access to explore the historical site. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a luxurious bathroom and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast offered was satisfying, providing a good start to the day. the peaceful ambiance and beautiful surroundings were a definite advantage during our stay.

The lack of English-speaking staff made communication a challenge throughout our stay.

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the room was equipped with private facilities and had a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. the service was excellent in this hotel and the restaurant served tasty food. the Spa lounge had well-trained professionals who provided a full body massage and refreshing facial treatment.

The only minor issue is that the hotel had limited options for snack bars and packed lunches. the hotel should add more varieties of snacks and lunches since not everyone prefers their restaurant cuisine.

Conveniently located near Palenque ruins, this spacious bungalow offers comfortable accommodations. The lush garden surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere, and the pool is a great addition. Although there is no on-site restaurant, the nearby dining options recommended by the hotel were excellent.
