The hotel facilities, including the pool and game room, were enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially Derek and Shari, were friendly and accommodating.

We got excellent value for our money at this beachside hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Playa Hermosa beach and close to restaurants and convenience shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on local attractions and places to eat. Having secure parking was a bonus too. a great experience!

The only small improvement that could be made is the breakfast option. It would have been nice to have a better coffee in the room.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. the secure parking was a great feature, giving us peace of mind about our rental car. the owners of the hotel were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering great tips and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They even went above and beyond by making delicious breakfasts, including vegan options. the personal touch and attention to detail made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

One small downside was that the coffee in our room was old and had a bad taste. However, this was a minor issue and easily solved by purchasing our own coffee.

The complementary breakfast was top-notch, served hot and with unlimited coffee. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and walking distance to downtown restaurants. the amenities provided were a plus, including free access to beach gear.
