I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. It was conveniently located, just a few steps away from the historic center of Campeche. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking in its courtyard, which was a great convenience, especially for travelers like me who arrived by car.

Found a cozy hotel in the heart of the city. The location is excellent, near the old town and other tourist sites. Enjoyed the clean facilities, including the swimming pool. the staff was overwhelmingly helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. Just stayed at this beautiful hotel. The location is fantastic, within just a couple of blocks to the Old Town Square. The hotel has a restaurant on site and also has a cute swimming pool in the back. There is plenty of parking space for those who drive in. I had a junior suite and the view from the balcony towards the Old Town Cathedral was simply mesmerizing, at sunrise, sunset, and nighttime. The majority of the staff do not speak English though, but I figured everything out and everyone was lovely. The staff members at the front reception were able to communicate in English and were very helpful. The gentleman who helped me with directions and the gentleman who assisted me with my luggage were both fluent in English and showed impeccable professionalism. They were truly the epitome of brilliant customer service as well as uncompromising excellence.
