I had a wonderful experience at a hotel in Palenque. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful pool, where I finally got to relax and take a refreshing swim. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I enjoyed watching the wildlife from my balcony. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was all superb.

The pool was nice and clean and there were plenty of sun loungers. The location was great, just a short walk to the town and close to the main road. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds were uncomfortable and the room felt damp and musty. The restaurant food was average at best, and overpriced.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, with options like a continental breakfast and excellent coffee. Some rooms offer a balcony with a view of a grassy area, where guests can spot wildlife like birds and even iguanas.

The hotel lacks certain basic facilities that you would expect from a higher-rated establishment.

They even offer grocery shopping service, which was a nice touch. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful spa & wellness center, a swimming pool, and live entertainment. I also enjoyed the massage services and the sun loungers in the garden area.
