The hotel is conveniently located near the QRO airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms are comfortable with hot showers and ample hanging space. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and there is an additional menu for those who want more options. The hotel also offers beautiful decorations for special occasions.

There were some noise issues from a group partying in the spa area, which greatly disturbed other guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy fireplace. The staff surprised us with special decorations and treats for our honeymoon, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. The cactus garden outside our room was a unique and charming feature. Despite a small issue with the WiFi in the room and the coffee not being strong enough for my taste, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully decorated rooms with unique charm, such as the Cactus room with a stunning cactus garden outside and Luna de Miel with a large private terrace. Cozy fireplaces create a warm atmosphere. Friendly staff, delicious food, and complimentary full breakfast. A hidden gem in a quaint town.

The hotel had a good restaurant serving tasty food. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the town and its attractions. We loved the traditional decoration of the hotel and the helpful staff.

The Wi-Fi connection was not strong enough in the room. We had to stand near the door to get a signal.
