The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a ride to the train station when we purchased breakfast. The location was perfect, with a beautiful pool area and a relaxing spa where I enjoyed a massage. The Spanish colonial architecture of the hotel was stunning, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the Zorro show provided entertaining evening entertainment. The highlight for me was the informative walking tour of the house and town. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Posada Del Hidalgo in a beautiful, comfortable room. The hotel's patio and pool area were stunning, surrounded by lush vegetation and visited by numerous hummingbirds. Its ideal location, between the fort and the main plaza, made it easy to explore this charming town on foot. The tour leader, German, was fantastic, providing informative bird watching and walking tours while also recommending great places to eat and how to use public transport. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, and English-speaking. We even returned for another night after our Copper Canyon tour.
