Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family of four. The location was perfect, as we could easily get a cab or Uber right outside the hotel. Being on a main boulevard, we were close to everything and the Guadalajara expo. The included breakfast was a great bonus, with a wide range of options and convenient hours from 7AM-11AM. The staff at the hotel, from the front desk to the restaurant, were friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the hotel's decoration was beautifully done, creating a classy and elegant atmosphere. the location was also ideal, situated on a main boulevard which made it easy for me to get around the city with Uber. Additionally, I loved the fact that the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including local dishes like torta ahogada. It was a great way to start my day.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the cleaning crew seemed to be lacking.

The housekeeping service was superb, and our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and main avenues, making it easy to explore the city. The food and drinks at the hotel were amazing, with an epic menu that offered the best food I've had in a long time.

Traveling to Guadalajara for relaxation and recovery from an injury, I booked Hotel Indigo. The staff, like Javier and Guillermo, were excellent and gave great restaurant recommendations. Mara at reception was also very helpful, allowing us to check in early. The rooms are modern and the courtyard serves as a lovely breakfast area. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. a perfect stay. Totally recommend this hotel.

The rooftop deck was a highlight, offering a great spot to enjoy cocktails in the evening. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The hotel staff, especially Cezar at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my trip was enjoyable. Also, kudos to Memo, the concierge, and Christopher, the bartender. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, situated close to main streets and with a grocery store just a short 3-minute walk away. This made it easy to access amenities and provisions during our stay. Furthermore, the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

On the downside, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the internet connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to access online resources.
