I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location was ideal, right in the center of Playa del Carmen and just a short walk to the beach. I loved that I got discounts at the beach because I was a guest at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the room being huge and very clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice gym and a jacuzzi in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Edgar at the front desk who gave me awesome recommendations for food and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Located on the bustling pedestrian street, our hotel was steps away from all the attractions of the town. We didn't waste time traveling in taxis, everything was just a few minutes walk away. The rooms were cozy and clean, with beautiful plants and lovely balconies.

The Wi-Fi was quite erratic and slow, making it difficult to work from the hotel room, but it was fine when we went out for coffee.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of all the action on 5th Avenue. We loved being able to step out of the lobby and be in the middle of everything. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the daily towel "art" that added a special touch. The hotel also offered excellent breakfast at the restaurant across the street, where the waiters were incredibly helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and would stay here again on our next trip.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel on the main strip in Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops. It was only a few blocks away from one of the best beaches, Mamitas beach. The room I stayed in was a spacious suite with a refrigerator and microwave. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the daily cleaning service was exceptional. I felt safe with the provided safe in the room. The staff, especially Claudia at the front desk, was incredibly nice and helpful. They even let me use their phone to call the airline when my luggage was lost. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in Playa del Carmen.

The staff was great, offering us a room upgrade as honeymooners with wine and flowers. We also loved having fresh coffee, cookies, and water always available. the location on 5th avenue was a key factor for us, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants to explore. Not to mention, it was just a short walk to the beach. After traveling the world, this is definitely one of our favorite locations.

On the downside, there were a few negatives to our experience. our room had a chemical smell due to the floor being repainted.

The hotel had beautiful decor, with gorgeous plants and unique design throughout. the staff was the standout, providing excellent service from the front desk to the cleaning crew. the location was also a key factor, as it was centrally located and close to all the shops and restaurants. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a comfortable mattress and bed.

There were a few minor issues that could have been improved upon. For light sleepers, the outside noise could be bothersome, so bringing earplugs is advisable.

I recently stayed at Posada Mariposa Boutique Hotel for 9 days with my partner. The suite on the 4th floor was amazing - clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location on 5th avenue, just 2 blocks from the beach, was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing vouchers for discounted sun beds and umbrellas at Mamitas beach club. We also booked several excursions through the hotel and everything went smoothly. we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great, just a short walk from the lively party scene on 5th Avenue but far enough away for a quieter stay. The shower worked well, the bed was comfortable, and overall it exceeded our expectations.
