The food at the buffet dinner was impressive with a variety of Mexican dishes. The staff was very hospitable and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The beach is a must-visit with massive waves perfect for surfing. The pool bar near the swim-up pool is the perfect spot to lounge around during the day. Walking to nearby shops and restaurants was a breeze.

The hotel has a great location, with a bus stop nearby to get you into town, and it's also right on the beach with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly, and the pool and hot tub are well-maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC and everything you need, including hammocks!

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The location was perfect - we could take a bus to explore nearby San Jose del Cabo, which was especially beautiful during the Art Walk on Thursday evenings. We also took a boat tour in Cabo San Lucas, and being able to walk there from the hotel was convenient.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is next to a Subway, a clean beauty salon called Bella Vita, and a shopping area. The limited but enjoyable all-inclusive package includes access to the beach chairs on the south side. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides friendly and helpful service. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms offer a nice view of the ocean. The facilities, such as the pool and beach bar, are well-maintained and inviting.

One negative aspect is that the hot tub is not hot and more like a kiddie pool.

This place is incredible! I loved that it's right on the beach, so I could enjoy the sound of the waves from my room. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service is exceptional. The garden with indigenous plants is well-kept and the lighting is a great addition for nighttime strolls. The pool is heated, which was amazing. Plus, there are hammocks and lounge chairs all around, and music played by live bands every evening. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options that were all delicious. I had an incredible experience here and I think it's worth checking out.

The service, from the general manager to the housekeeping staff, was exceptional and the employees were incredibly friendly. The hotel provided top-notch amenities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, and beach access. We took advantage of the spa services and indulged in a wonderful massage, which was a perfect way to unwind. The entertainment options were also great, with karaoke and a variety of nightly performances to enjoy. The overall cleanliness of the property, the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, and the abundance of facilities such as laundry, car hire, and tour assistance made our stay even more enjoyable.
