The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we were especially impressed by the well-stocked toy area for our 4-year old. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a hot day out. we had an amazing experience and would definitely come back.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with immaculate bathrooms and nice views of the garden. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service and nice cocktails. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a variety of fresh foods to choose from.

The staff could be more organized, as they struggled with arranging transportation to the ruins and failed to clean the room promptly.

The hotel had a lovely pool that looked clean, but unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to use it as we were busy exploring the nearby cenotes. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of egg options and tasty accompaniments like beans, tacos, sauces, fruits. The location of the hotel was great, just a short 10-minute walk to the main town square where there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and street food stalls.

One thing we didn't enjoy was the food in the onsite restaurant. It was pretty basic and didn't live up to our expectations after hearing such great things about the hotel.
