I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was extraordinary and the staff was friendly and attentive. They even served breakfast at room service, which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better was if they addressed the issue of feathers coming out of the pillows and duvet.

I stayed at a hotel in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City, which is conveniently located away from the city's busy district. The rooms were clean and modern, with excellent views of Santa Fe. The staff were friendly and provided good customer service. The hotel also had two fantastic restaurants and a large gym with a variety of equipment.

The service was lacking as there was a communication barrier with limited English-speaking staff.

The staff at this hotel, especially Leonel and Clara, were the most helpful and friendly concierges I have ever encountered. They made my stay even better.

They quickly fixed a problem with my shower and put me in a room on the top floor with a balcony and an amazing view. The breakfast options were delicious and the WiFi worked without any issues. the hotel was exclusive, elegant, and had great service. An excellent option for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location in the small jungle is perfect for nature lovers like me. Being surrounded by the sights and sounds of the jungle was an incredible experience. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the beautiful treehouse accommodation.

During my weekend stay, I appreciated the great customer service and prime location of the hotel. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the hotel was located in a convenient area, making it easy to explore and experience the area's attractions. I also enjoyed the comfortable rooms that had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The hotel had one major flaw that ruined my experience. the credit card policy was absurd and invasive, requiring a copy of both sides of the corporate credit card, which is a major risk for those concerned with privacy.
