Had a fun xmas getaway, plenty of pros and cons to the property. Loved the amazing views from the balcony and the beautiful tile work. the location was great, very close to the beach and convenient amenities. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant for some delicious meals and happy hour margaritas. the beach was fantastic, spent a whole day swimming and relaxing. Also, the room was clean and the FMI staff were friendly.

There were a few downsides to the stay. It was inconvenient to have to go to a separate office to pick up and drop off keys.

The room was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The view from the unit was stunning. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. it provided a great experience.

The noise transfer from upstairs was jarring, especially when they were partying late at night. The furniture upstairs was loud and startling.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The staff at FMI Rentals were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the fantastic beach. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, with delicious food and reasonably priced happy hour margaritas. a great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Despite the mostly positive experience, I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Nothing all excellent

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was A+, with a beautiful beach where we spent the entire day swimming and relaxing. The hotel facilities were great, especially the newly opened restaurant on site, which was convenient and served delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff was helpful and responsive, quickly bringing us the bracelets we needed to access the pools when we realized they were missing. The condo itself was nicely decorated and had comfortable furniture throughout. The beds were surprisingly comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The views from the condo were absolutely amazing. we had a great long weekend here.

Couldn't fault the hotel, but there were some minor inconveniences. Firstly, having to go to a separate office across town to pick up and drop off keys was a bit of a hassle, especially when we were tired and just wanted to rest.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a beautiful room with amazing views. The location was perfect and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The location of Princesa C - 402 By Fmi Rentals was perfect, with a stunning view and a great experience. The decor was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the close proximity to the beach and other amenities. I had a positive experience during my stay.

Although I must mention that there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the broken seal on the sliding glass door which caused a whistling noise from the wind, and the lack of felt on the stools in the unit above, which resulted in loud sounds whenever they were moved. Additionally, the TV only picked up one station, a Mexican channel, while the channel list mentioned other channels, including US channels.

Even though we had a few minor issues like a broken vent and missing tile in the shower, the condo itself was comfortable and clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the furniture throughout the unit was cozy.
