We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Chihuahua. The location was excellent, right next to the cathedral and main streets. The hotel facilities were modern and clean. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with a spacious desk for work. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to park in the garage even after closing time. it was a great experience.

We loved the central location of this hotel here, right behind the local Cathedral and in an area that prohibits auto traffic, making it easy to explore the best area of old historical Chihuahua. The service was amazing, with staff available to help with everything from room service to car hire, housekeeping, laundry, and airport shuttle, making our stay very comfortable. The room provided all amenities we needed, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was fantastic too, with plenty of delicious options available at the restaurant, and even on in-room breakfast.
