Room was well-maintained with good AC. Restaurant dinner was excellent, and the waiter was friendly. Great fruit selection at breakfast, sweet and tasty. Hotel offers free shuttle service to nearby places. Comfy bed and pillows.

I stayed at a 4-star hotel recently and it was wonderful. The location was very convenient and close to the shopping plaza and bay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and provided great room service. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a terrace, in-room safe, and television. The restaurant had a great breakfast selection and the dining area was comfortable and welcoming. I loved the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace as well, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

This place is definitely recommended to everyone!

We were delighted with the shuttle service provided by Quality Inn Monterrey La Fe. The driver was punctual and waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Just remember to call ahead to book your shuttle. The check-in staff were pleasant and the rooms were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had a great stay in Monterrey! The hotel is conveniently located near the bay and the vibrant LA FE plaza, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bed and a clean bathroom. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of hot and cold dishes. Plus, the hotel had good WiFi connection and a strong signal.

The air-conditioning in my room was a bit temperamental at times, but it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

The hotel had free Wi-Fi and offered complementary coffee in the lobby. It was conveniently located near my business meetings and also had a 7-11 across the street for snacks. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was not very clean and had a bad smell. the shower was also dirty and had mold.
