The central location was amazing. We could walk to all the top attractions, restaurants, and museums in just a few minutes. The rooftop deck was a great place to hang out and enjoy the views of the city. We loved that there were two hot tubs up there, even though they weren't available during our stay.

It did take a little while for the hot water to warm up in the shower, which was a minor inconvenience. we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance, including the Zocalo and many museums. The spacious and chic rooms provided the ultimate comfort, and I appreciated the daily delivery of coffee to my room. The rooftop terrace offered a stunning view and it would have been even better if the hot tubs were available. The staff, including Mauricio, Elizabeth, Antonio, and Rafael. I would definitely come back to this place.
