The front desk staff, Aldo Jimenez and Christina, were extremely helpful in assisting us with tours and taxis. The hotel has a charming old-world Spanish ambiance that really transports you back in time. The elderly waiter in the dining room added to the authentic experience. The rooms were well equipped, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was kind and attentive. a truly enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Quinta Real. The hotel exuded a lovely old world charm with its historic feel and beautiful landscaped surroundings. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing all the amenities I needed. Although there was no WiFi in the rooms, the staff offered me access to the business center at no extra charge, and they were incredibly helpful in assisting me with setting up and accessing the internet.

Although I did experience a slight inconvenience with a local "fast" food place, overall, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and provided fine service throughout my stay.

I had such a pleasant experience at Quinta Real in Mexico's "Bajio"! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The room I stayed in was a spacious suite with a beautiful view of the fountains and central patio. The bathroom had plenty of towels and hot water, and the overall decoration was lovely. The pool and gardens were well-maintained, creating a romantic atmosphere in the evenings. The bar had delicious drinks, although they were a bit pricey. Despite a few minor issues, like the need for cleaner carpets and better pillows, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to couples. my stay was wonderful and I would love to go back.
