I have to say, our recent stay at Quinta Real in Guadalajara exceeded all our expectations. The hotel staff, especially the concierge Jamie Castillo, provided us with exceptional service and made us feel at home throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible.

We got great value for our money at Quinta Real. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff treated us with kindness and attentiveness. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The service at Quinta Real was outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed and safe. The front desk staff, especially Karumi, was efficient, courteous, and patient with all my questions and requests. The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable bed and a variety of pillows to choose from. The restaurant served amazing food with great service, and the included breakfast was a bonus. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic weekend, with plenty of activities and good food. the architecture of the buildings and the surrounding gardens were both breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast and spa services that were offered.

Some of the areas around the hotel were dirty and poorly maintained, and there were some issues with the maintenance of our room. some of the amenities, such as the gym and the pool, were not very clean or well-stocked with supplies.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay at a beautifully decorated hotel with impeccable service. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious hibiscus drink. The rooms were spacious and full of thoughtful details to make us feel at home. The restaurant offered a delightful breakfast buffet and we even received a recommendation for the best restaurant in town. The food was top-notch, and the attentive staff ensured our every need was met. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The meals provided during our stay were of great quality and well presented. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful scenery and pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. Additionally, the staff at the front desk, including the bell boy service, were very helpful and provided excellent service. the hotel's location was also key, as it was conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

On the downside, there were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. When we requested additional amenities, they were not provided.
