We really got our money's worth staying at this unique hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better, with the city square and museums just a short walk away. The staff, especially the hardworking concierge Jaqueline, were friendly and always ready to help.

Breakfast items could use some improvement, especially the coffee. It was weak and didn't meet the standard of nearby restaurants.

I recently stayed at Quinta Real in Puebla for a leisure trip. The hotel's architecture and ambience created a unique and charming atmosphere. The spacious and comfortable room overlooked the stunning courtyard, where we enjoyed dinner accompanied by a pianist. The front staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quinta Real in Puebla for a few nights. As a solo traveler, the location was perfect, just two blocks from the Cathedral and main Zocalo. Great location, near the zocalo and El Mural de Los Poblanos restaurant. Beautiful converted former convent building with a stunning interior courtyard. Delicious food and attentive staff. Lush buffet breakfast and charming rooms.

We, being old folks, really appreciated the quiet and peaceful ambiance of the refurbished old convent. The spacious rooms with high ceilings and centuries-old details added a touch of charm to our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also great, not too far from the bustling Zocalo and with plenty of great dining and drinking options nearby.

We got great value for our money, as the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, right in the city center but still very quiet. The staff at Quinta Real treated us like VIPs, they were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights, it would have been better if there were heaters in the breakfast area to keep us warm.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main square and the Cathedral. the building itself was beautiful, with old frescos and a lot of history. the bed in our room was very comfortable, with excellent pillows for a good night's sleep.

The advertisement for the hotel mentioned a Very good breakfast included, but when we arrived, we were told it was only a continental breakfast. We had to complain to get the full breakfast that we were expecting.

Amazing location and historical feel

Although the rooms were not very big, they were clean and suitable for both business and pleasure visits. We appreciated the complimentary water and the mini bar available in the room.
