The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They spoke English, which made it easy for us to communicate and seek assistance. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade to the palatial Presidential Suite, complete with a high bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bath, shower, and separate toilet. The hotel is in perfect maintenance conditions, and the location in the best area of this city was both beautiful and convenient.
