We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and provided great value for the price. The hotel facilities, such as the lovely swimming pool on the 7th floor and the restaurant with good food, were impressive. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of hot plate options and delicious Mexican favorites. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, being close to attractions like Parque Alameda and Bellas Artes, as well as the metro station. Additionally, the staff, particularly the property manager and barman Luis, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

loved my stay in mexico city, and exe alameda reforma made it even better. the location was perfect, just minutes away from the metro and close to monument de revolucion. the staff were friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. would definitely come back!

The beds were comfortable and the room service was quick and delicious. Carlos the Bell boy and the security guard at the lobby were commendable.

The hotel had a great location, just a block away from the metro station which made it convenient to explore the city. the room was clean and neat, and the decor gave it a cozy atmosphere.

There were a few negative aspects. the pillows were too high and a bit uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, right next to the Metro and bus stops. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a perfect fit for us. The staff was professional and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the fast free Wi-Fi.
