Loved the beach, clean pools and property. Comfortable beds and pillows with nice white linens and towels. Good food at a reasonable price. Great customer service.

Our bed was incredibly comfortable and the beach view was breathtaking. Although the pool wasn't very deep, the lounge chairs were comfortable and the deck looked fantastic. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at a hotel located on the beach at Zona Dorada. The hotel was close to everything, just steps away from the beach, and well away from any nightclub noise that might disturb our sleep. We enjoyed comfortable rooms and excellent service from the staff, along with tasty breakfast options and scenic views from our rooms. On top of that, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with great amenities and easy access to the beach.

That we saw some garbage around the property that could've been cleaned up more frequently.

We had an amazing time at this place! The location is perfect for those who love partying all night long as there is a nightclub nearby. We also appreciated the superior service, with amenities such as room service and laundry. The staff was always friendly and accommodating to our needs. The swimming pool and beach access were definitely a plus, and we loved the spa & wellness center where we received massages and enjoyed the sauna.

We recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great value hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the beachfront bar and restaurant at Gaviana Resort. The direct access to the beautiful beaches was a highlight. The improvements made to the hotel were noticeable, especially the nice pool and the great service at the restaurant, Agatha. The location of the resort was also ideal, being at the south end of the zona dorada and tucked away from the main boulevard. Our family-sized two-bedroom room had a decent ocean view and the AC unit worked perfectly. The secure private on-site parking lot was a bonus.

Beautiful location and property with outstanding pool, beach, patio and views from rooms. Excellent onsite restaurant with great options and prices. Nice welcome, beachfront bar and direct access to the beaches. Helpful and nice staff, one of the best places to stay in Mazatlan for value.

The Gaviana Resort has a stunning location with breathtaking views of the beach. The pool, patio, and beach area are all fantastic, providing a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a hip and modern style. The onsite restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious options at great prices. The breakfast buffet includes amazing refried beans, a taco bar, and fresh fruit, making it a delightful start to the day. The staff at Joes O Bar are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

At the Gaviana Resort, we felt more than at home. The staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

Wow, what a weekend! The hotel perfectly matched what I was looking for. Not only were the two complementary facts offered outstanding but the key location facts it had made things so convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The poolside bar was fantastic and they offered great snacks. I enjoyed that the hotel was close to the beach which made the vacation even more enjoyable for me.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. The staff could have been more welcoming, and I had to wait longer than expected for my room to be ready.
