Check-in was fast and smooth. They have you sit down while they check you in. They even provided a free crib for our daughter. The hotel has a parking garage with 24hr security. Great location, close to Plaza Antea and Cerro de las Campañas. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very positive and helpful. The room was quiet despite the university prom group.
