The location in a lively lived in authentic neighborhood with delicious street food nearby was a highlight. The staff were great and did their best to provide the services promised. The room was comfortable with a big bed and air conditioning. We also enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool and jacuzzi. this hotel provided a cozy and enjoyable experience.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice big bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and right next to a market and the stunning cenote zaci. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, keeping our bags after check out and even allowing us a late check out. a beautiful and relaxing stay.

The breakfast could be improved by providing a filtered water cooler in addition to the two small bottles of water at check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at Real Haciendas. the breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh juice and preserves. the rooms were clean and the property itself was lovely. We enjoyed the main garden square with its beautiful fountain representing Mexico. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a swimming pool on the property. the staff was kind and accommodating, even providing us with an extra request at no extra charge. it was a great experience.

The property is beautifully decorated with typical Mexican charm. The swimming pool was a refreshing treat after a day of exploring the Yucatan. Plus, there's a stunning cenote just a short walk away. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to everything. It is just a 5-minute walk from the city center and right next to the market. This makes it easy to explore the town and enjoy the local attractions.

One downside is that the bar closes at 3pm, which may limit guests' options for evening drinks.

We were amazed by the vibrant Mexican art and colorful decorations throughout the property. The staff was excellent, and our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The refreshing pool in the beautiful garden area was a welcome respite after a hot day of exploring. The in-house restaurant served delicious breakfasts, and the bar in the charming courtyard was a great place to unwind. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and across the street from the stunning cenote Zaci. We couldn't have asked for more!

What a lovely place to stay! the courtyard is charming and perfect for enjoying a tasty breakfast in the morning. the free welcome drink was a nice touch, and the pool area was a great spot to cool off after exploring the town. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was conveniently located near bakeries, convenience stores, and local markets.

Despite the early check-in offer, we found there was no hot water and the towels were wet. there were a few ants in our room.
