the property is stunning, with beautiful design and attention to detail. the staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout our entire stay. the owner was exceptionally hospitable and made us feel right at home. the location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. We were so impressed with the overall experience that we decided to extend our stay. Residence Las Flores is truly a first-class property that we can't wait to return to.

We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, snacks, and sodas. the hot tub on the rooftop was a perfect way to relax, even during a heatwave. We were also impressed by the quick and efficient service when I accidentally left my phone behind at checkout. I had an awesome and cozy stay at Residence Las Flores! The check-in process was easy and Giuseppe, the staff member, gave me all the necessary information. The wifi worked well and the shower was hot, which I absolutely loved. The bed was big and cozy, and the views from the rooftop were beautiful, especially during sunrise. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, with homemade chilaquiles that were the best. The staff at breakfast were attentive and the attention to detail in the table settings was impressive. The place was quiet and relaxing, and I felt like I had it all to myself. The room was well-stocked with water, coffee, and extra blankets.

The hotel renovation aimed for an old colonial vibe, which made the atmosphere a bit heavy and dark. The breakfast experience was a bit fussy, with assigned seats and no self-service, which was not what I was used to.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the varied breakfast options that catered to our dietary preferences. The chef served delicious plant-based dishes alongside fresh fruits, yogurt, granola, and coffee. The attention to detail and quality of food were outstanding.

the two girls on staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the owner made us feel welcome and gave us a tour of the property. the lounge and pool deck were fantastic, offering complimentary snacks and beverages. the breakfast dining room and patio had a breathtaking view and served a delicious complimentary breakfast. the property was comfortable and the staff was helpful, even guiding us to a pharmacy when I fell ill. We will definitely return and highly recommend Residence Las Flores!
