The staff at this hotel were amazing, providing warm and caring service. They made me feel like part of the family during my stay. The beach at the hotel was absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for privacy and relaxation. The beach staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The hotel also had a very convenient location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The hotel decor was more city than beach, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the dining options within the hotel zone were not very impressive, except for a couple of spots.

Cleanliness was impeccable, with updated facilities and classy environment. Our room was comfortable and elegant, equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker and a great selection of pillows. The bathrooms were roomy and well-designed. The staff at the hotel, especially at check-in and housekeeping, provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was also great, with a variety of options. The beach was beautiful, and the wait service was top-notch.

I stayed at Kempinski for 5 nights on a business trip. The service was exceptional, from the personal greeting upon arrival to the refreshing welcome drinks. The facility is stunning, with impressive historical artwork throughout. The staff, especially Edith and Martin, were lovely. The hotel offers a great exchange rate for currency exchange and provides morning cookies in the lobby. The pool and jacuzzi were warm, even in the evening, though they did get crowded. The beach, although the waves were strong, looked beautiful. The late checkout and excellent sushi bar were added bonuses. There are also good dining options nearby and shopping malls within walking distance.

We had an absolutely wonderful winter getaway at Kempinski! The beach was stunning with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and the beach staff were always attentive and helpful. The pools were the perfect temperature and the resort never felt crowded. Our room was lovely and well-maintained, with twice daily service. The location was easy to get to from the airport and the onsite dining options were delicious. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Kempinski for a memorable vacation.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are top, notch. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing. the massage at the spa was first, rate, and the service was impeccable. the sun loungers on the beach were comfortable, and the garden area was lovely. the restaurant offered a mouth, watering menu, and the in, room breakfast service was convenient.

The only minor issue we experienced was the check, in process, which took longer than expected. A beeper or phone call system would be helpful to alert guests when their room is ready.
