The Junior Suite was super nice! It had AC, a balcony, and a flat-screen TV. Room service was quick, and the gym and spa access were great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The Christmas Eve feast was a memorable highlight. Totally in love with this place!

Even the celebrated Elite Club dining didn’t impress with gourmet offerings, as even room service failed to provide fresh ingredients. The pool temperature was a bit chilly during my visit, limiting relaxation time. Additionally, the cleaning crew's twice-a-day inquiries for tidying felt a bit excessive, even if not bothersome.

The ocean view rooms are stunning, but noise can travel, especially near the entertainment area, which was a bit disruptive.

The staff were amazing , always friendly and quick to help. We really loved ordering drinks poolside , they constantly came by with fresh refreshments and even set up our loungers just how we liked it , super convenient!
