definitely want to stay in that area again

The Junior Suite was super nice! It had AC, a balcony, and a flat-screen TV. Room service was quick, and the gym and spa access were great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The Christmas Eve feast was a memorable highlight. Totally in love with this place!

The nighttime entertainment had some fun elements that kept our spirits high, making for enjoyable evenings despite the overall dining experience.

The food quality was disappointing, especially the buffet which lacked fresh and healthy options, and some dining experiences felt like you were getting recycled meals.

The staff was incredibly attentive, often going out of their

way to make our stay special. We loved the surprises from housekeeping and truly appreciated the daily activities they offered. Although we faced a room mix-up upon arrival, it was a smooth process to get it sorted. Would definitely recommend!

Wifi was spotty. connecting in the lobby before going to your room is a must, or you're likely to be frustrated. The food left a lot to be desired, especially the buffet, which seemed filled with pre-packaged items and lacked fresh, healthy options. Even the celebrated Elite Club dining didn’t impress with gourmet offerings, as even room service failed to provide fresh ingredients. The pool temperature was a bit chilly during my visit, limiting relaxation time. Additionally, the cleaning crew's twice-a-day inquiries for tidying felt a bit excessive, even if not bothersome.

The beach was stunning! Every morning started with lounging poolside, where staff brought drinks straight to us. The housekeeping surprises, like decorative towels, made the stay feel special.

The ocean view rooms are stunning, but noise can travel, especially near the entertainment area, which was a bit disruptive.

The staff were amazing , always friendly and quick to help. We really loved ordering drinks poolside , they constantly came by with fresh refreshments and even set up our loungers just how we liked it , super convenient!

It wasn’t inexpensive , but I’d say it was worth it for the experience.

Just came back from a fantastic week with friends! We hit up the catamarans and tried kayaking – such a blast! The place had a gorgeous beach and the room was nice. One tip, make sure to check the wifi in the lobby to avoid hassle.
