We stayed at a recently built hotel with spacious rooms and sleek, modern decor. The rooms were beautifully finished with natural stone counters and ample storage space. The tile floors throughout added a nice touch. The beds were cozy, adorned with crisp white linens. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and at ease.

The open-air concept of the hotel restaurant, which is part of the courtyard layout, could be a downside for light sleepers. We found ourselves unintentionally engrossed in a lively birthday celebration hosted by the hotel until midnight, complete with a Mexican band.

Started off the new year at a modern, spacious hotel with great service. the rooms were well-finished, featuring natural stone counters and ample storage. the beds were comfortable and linen was white. the location was great, albeit not well marked yet, making it a bit of an adventure. We had a fantastic time listening to live Mexican music, and it was nice to have open-air concept dining.

While the staff was friendly, the breakfast experience was lacking. One of our party was left waiting for half an hour for their food.

My recent stay at Rivi Grand was a delightful experience. The hotel itself is brand new and boasts a beautiful modern design. We recently stayed at a brand new luxurious hotel in Navojoa and were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to fulfill our needs. the room had natural stone counters and lots of storage, as well as a spacious tile and glass shower stall. the all-white linens on the comfortable bed added to the luxurious feel.

Despite the exclusive amenities, one minor issue we encountered was the location of the temporary lobby, which was difficult to find as there were no official signs. once we found the hotel, the superb service made up for this inconvenience.
