I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. The location couldn't have been better - it was right in the center of the city, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It only took me about 5 minutes to walk to 5th street and the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding - my room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the pool and hot tub. I loved spending time there, especially early in the day when it was uncrowded. The staff were communicative and helpful, always ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. this hotel provided the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying all the activities it had to offer.

We recently stayed at Riviera Maya Suites for a week and had a wonderful time. The bungalow was comfortable and equipped with a deluxe bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The spacious palapa patio was a perfect spot to relax. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel was excellent, just steps from the vibrant 5th Ave and close to the beach. Despite its central location, the property grounds felt like a secluded oasis. The privacy provided by the trees between the bungalows was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the peaceful sound of the ocean waves at night. We will definitely stay at Riviera Maya Suites again when we come back to Playa.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Manuel, Ruben, and the chambermaid Leidy Mendez. the pool area was well-maintained and provided a nice place to relax.

Some instructions on the toaster oven, TV operation, and the neighborhood could have been provided. This would have been helpful and is something that many hotels usually offer.

This property has large 2-bedroom apartments with daily housekeeping included. The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful trees and there are hammocks for guests to relax in. The location is ideal, close to the beach and a popular pedestrian street. great value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the bustling 5th Ave. The bungalow we stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The daily maid service kept everything spotless and we appreciated the option to choose new linens. The pool area was stunning and there were even towels provided for both the pool/jacuzzi and the beach. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during a medical issue. We also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop lounge, watching the cruise ships sail by. The jungle surroundings made it feel like a tranquil oasis in the middle of town. our experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and I must say it was a great experience. The location was ideal as it was just a few meters away from the bustling 5th Ave. Yet, it was situated in a quiet and lovely garden setting, which provided a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel staff was friendly and the housekeeping services were top-notch. I also really appreciated the grocery shopping and laundry services that were offered. On top of that, the airport shuttle service was quick and efficient. Plus, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were great to unwind in after a long day of exploring the city.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of this hotel was great, being only a short walk away from 5th street, the beach, and a supermarket. There were many nice restaurants nearby as well. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were exceptional, always willing to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool.

There was some noise from a nearby beach club which could disturb light sleepers.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were even better than we expected, with each bedroom having a private bathroom. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, organizing day trips to Tulum and the Cozumel reefs at short notice. They also provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel's location was perfect - just a block away from the beach and in the heart of all the action. Despite being so central, the hotel felt like an oasis with its beautiful garden and the presence of various animals like raccoons, agoutis, and coatis. We could have spent our entire trip relaxing in the hammock in the garden suite.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
