The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel special. The housekeeper surprised us with a special turndown service, and the breakfast ordered to our room was delicious and generous. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful environment, a must-visit rooftop bar with breathtaking views, and a comfortable bed. We also highly recommend indulging in the spa treatments and making use of the well-equipped gym. We felt pampered, rejuvenated, and relaxed throughout our stay.

The grounds and facilities were beautiful, and the location was perfect - just a short walk from the town center. This is definitely one of the best 5-star resorts I've stayed at, and I loved everything about it.

I recently stayed at Rosewood for a weekend getaway. The staff made us feel safe and welcome, greeting us with a smile every time. The gardens and trails were perfect for jogging and walking our dogs. The swimming pools and rooftop bar were fantastic, and the Sunday brunch was delicious. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond to make us feel special. The surprises and attention to detail, like the rose petals and birthday cake, were truly memorable.

The rooftop view was amazing, with 360-degree views of the city. Happy hour and tapas on the rooftop were a highlight, with cozy furniture and a romantic atmosphere. The area around the hotel was great for exploring and shopping.

One night, there was a loud wedding taking place until 3 AM, near our room. We were not informed about this event beforehand and had a hard time sleeping.

As backpackers, we absolutely loved the stunning views from the Luna rooftop bar. The staff at the bar and grill were welcoming and made our experience truly special. The outdoor setting and the panoramic views of San Miguel De Allende were absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be returning to the Rosewood for another stay.

The room service was excellent, and the hotel grounds were outstanding. The hotel arranged private transportation to and from the airport, as well as for excursions. Weekday stays are recommended to avoid disruptions from destination weekend weddings.

As a bike rider, I loved the convenient location of this hotel, situated right in the heart of the city. It was a breeze to explore the charming streets of the town by bike. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear noises from the adjacent restaurant and it disrupted my sleep at times.
