I particularly loved the beautiful and comfortable lobby bar by the big Banyan Tree. It was also great that the hotel provided designated smoking areas, which meant less exposure to cigarette smoke. The cleanliness of the entire complex was impressive, and getting around was effortless. The location, right by the beach, was perfect for relaxation.

after staying in Bucerias before, our expectations were exceeded during our short and sweet getaway at a lovely hotel. the clean and comfortable complex, friendly staff, and entertaining shows made our stay unforgettable.

The location on a beautiful big beach made it easy to relax and find a spot with plenty of chairs. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service.

We had a great time on our city trip! the complementary breakfast and cocktail hour were a nice touch. the hotel was situated in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

The room was a bit outdated and in need of some renovations. the noise level from the street made it difficult to sleep at night.

The Resort was quiet, not crowded with partygoers, and the lobby bar under the big Banyan Tree was both stunning and comfortable. It was also great that smoking areas were designated, so we didn't have to deal with cigarette smoke. The staff were incredible, keeping the facilities clean, and we will definitely come back!

The breakfast buffet had everything we could possibly want, and the lunch and dinner buffets were equally fantastic. We also appreciated the omelet and egg stations. The Brazilian restaurant was a standout, providing a five-star dining experience. The room was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. a truly enjoyable stay.
