I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Moreover, the location was very convenient for transportation, as it was close to the airport.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We loved the food that was delivered to our room, it was absolutely delicious. the room was nice and always clean. Plus, the hotel's location was great, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

There were a few drawbacks. the fitness center was in a state of neglect, with all the machines broken.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. the staff were friendly, welcoming and always available to assist me. the room was impeccably clean and luxurious; it boasted exclusive amenities and beautiful design. the exquisite restaurant and bar area offered an array of delicious cuisine and drinks, perfect for winding down after a long day. the private facilities were particularly noteworthy, offering an indulgent and exclusive experience that I won't forget anytime soon.

Although I had a wonderful stay, there was one minor issue that I encountered. the swimming pool area was not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel, and there weren't many exclusive amenities available.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was certainly a great decision. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Another great advantage was the delicious food - we ordered room service multiple times and each time it was outstanding.

Secondly, there were some cleanliness issues such as stained carpets and an uncleaned living room table. Despite these minor setbacks, we still had an overall great experience at this hotel.
