The ocean view was breathtaking. Food was hit or miss, but fresh orders were great. Some staff needed tipping for friendliness. Events for younger guests were lacking. Location and beach were fantastic. Can't wait to return!

We had the ultimate fun in the sun at the massive water park and we went snorkeling, kayaking, and sailing. The all-inclusive experience made us feel like family, and the resort offered non-stop fun for young party-goers.

At this resort in Zona Hotelera, I was captivated by the splendid view from the private rooftop bar. Sipping on my favorite drink, I watched the sun set over the horizon, feeling like a movie star in my own exclusive skybox above the city. It was truly a memorable experience.

The beachfront location was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful beach throughout our romantic escape. The bars at the hotel were a definite highlight, with friendly staff who made delicious drinks and provided excellent service. We also appreciated the modern and new design of the hotel, it added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

While we had a great time overall, there were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the food options were a bit limited, and we found the Mexican restaurant to be disappointing.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great area. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and all the night clubs, restaurants, and shopping centers. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel offered a wide range of entertainment options throughout the day, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with king beds and a balcony that provided a breathtaking sunset view. The attention to detail was evident, from the basic amenities to the breakfast offerings. I even had the pleasure of enjoying movies that were ordered for me. this hotel provided excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.

The check-in process was a bit slow and the elevators were always busy.

The hotel's pools close early at 7 pm, which limited my evening relaxation time. the hotel's masking rule wasn't actively enforced, leaving me uncertain about the level of cleanliness and sanitation.

At my familiar spot, I always find all I need: Wi-Fi, beach access, massage, excellent service, and a lost jewel recovered. It suits me perfectly, and I'm excited to return for Christmas. With all these amenities, I have no regrets!
