We stayed at Samba Vallarta for a week-long family vacation and had an amazing time. The rooms were comfortable, and the kids loved the games. The pool area and activities organized by Jose were fantastic. The staff at the hotel were friendly and respectful, and the food and drinks were delicious. The beachfront location was stunning, and the well-maintained grounds added to the overall beauty of the property. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this resort recently and had a great time! the beach was beautiful and there were plenty of paloppa for shade. the staff was really polite and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. the ocean front Jr. Suite was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and perfect pillows. the AC worked well and the water pressure in the shower was adequate. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning and the two bottles of drinking water provided each day.

There were a few things that could have been improved. the resort itself was quite old and could use some updating.

The food selection is better than most all-inclusive resorts. Breakfast has variety, including chicken breast. Lovely desserts available. Beach area is pleasant with ample lounge chairs. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Norma who always maintains a cheerful demeanor.

The service was impeccable, with room service available 24/7 and friendly bell staff/porters who were willing to go above and beyond to assist us. The amenities were top-notch, with shops, laundry services, and tours/ticket assistance all conveniently available. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff treated us with utmost respect and kindness, making us feel truly valued as guests.

As women travelling alone, we loved the friendly staff and activities at the pool. Jose organized fun water exercises and volleyball games, keeping us entertained. Lots of games for kids too.

Felt almost like at home, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a beach resort that did not have balconies, but it made up for it with its amazing location directly on a very nice beach. The room was clean and spacious, with fresh towels and water provided daily. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, and the a la carte restaurants offered delicious meals.

One negative aspect was the limited number of beach chairs available, which made it difficult to find a spot during busy times.

This was our third stay at Samba Vallarta and we couldn't recommend it more. The beach in front of the hotel was peaceful, with no bothersome beach vendors. The pool area was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. The bars and restaurants had great service, and the facilities were well-maintained. The porters at the front door were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. a fantastic experience!

Spent Easter at a resort near the beach. the weather was amazing and the complementary snorkeling and sunset kayaking were great perks. the location was perfect too, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Plus, the massages at the spa were divine.

Staff seemed overwhelmed and the drinks were watered down. definitely not worth the price.

The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, including made-to-order eggs and fresh fruit. it was a fantastic experience.

I did find that the bikes available for guests to use were in poor condition and unusable.
