We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated close to the best shopping area of Tlaquepaque. We loved that we could easily walk to great restaurants and explore the historical areas nearby. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a comfortable bed, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Delicious breakfast and convenient location. the hotel is located in a lively street with plenty of shops and restaurants. the breakfast included tasty chilaquiles and fresh juice. Across the street, there is an amazing spot for delicious ice cream.

Lack of basic amenities and noise disturbance. There were no glasses or coffee in the room, and only two towels were provided.

It offers spacious and comfortable rooms with large and airy bathrooms. The attentive staff makes you feel like family and provides excellent service. The delicious and ample breakfast is served with gracious smiles. The hotel's grounds are nice, and there is even a pool to enjoy.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved, although this is a minor issue compared to the overall excellence of the hotel.
