Amazing food and fresh orange juice. Excellent pools and relaxing atmosphere. Great variety of activities and entertaining performances. Polite and attentive staff. Outstanding breakfast and pool service.

We enjoyed the great food variety and nightly entertainment that showcased Mexico's diverse cultural heritage. the resort’s panoramic views of the Pacific and its private beach was impressive.

We felt quite uncomfortable as we were repeatedly pressured to purchase unnecessary add-ons and memberships. the elevators proved to be poorly organized and heavily trafficked making it very inconvenient when trying to access different parts of the resort.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I knew I was in for a luxurious experience. the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre offered an array of exclusive amenities. the swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding and the beach access was a great plus. the live entertainment was entertaining and the massage I received was the ultimate relaxation that I needed.

The only minor issue I had was with the dinner reservations. the add-ons were a bit pricey and the wine list lacked affordable options.

My recent stay at Secrets was absolutely fantastic. The property is stunning and I was impressed by the size and layout of the hotel. The variety of restaurants available exceeded my expectations and the food was excellent. The breakfast at the Market Cafe Restaurant on the 6th floor was outstanding, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff there, especially ARAEL and ABRAHAM, provided top-notch service. I also appreciated the excellent pool service on the 6th floor by GILBERTO. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly obstructed ocean view and occasional closure of the swim-up pool bar, I still highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience. I had a wonderful time at Secrets and would definitely return.

The pools are well-maintained and offer a relaxing atmosphere, with friendly and attentive pool service available.

One downside is that the swim-up pool bar was occasionally closed during the stay.
