Also, securing poolside loungers early is almost a must. Be prepared for strict dress codes at certain restaurants and potential waits for dining. Enjoy your stay, but keep these points in mind.

We enjoyed a delightful 4-night stay to celebrate a special occasion. The beautiful setting and private dining experiences stood out, with commendable service from our sommelier, Victor, and Chef Manuel. It was a lovely touch to have separate facilities in the preferred room, making our stay feel extra special. We appreciated the relaxed ambiance, although we faced a few hiccups with dining reservations and poolside loungers. Overall, a memorable getaway with a focus on intimacy and luxury.

during my stay, I truly appreciated the serene atmosphere of the resort and the fact that the stunning Delphinus Playa Mujeres is just about 3.5 kilometers away, making it perfect for a day of exploration. The calm vibes of Isla Blanca are less than 5 kilometers away for those who love nature strolls and peaceful beach views.

The accommodations are exquisite, beautifully decorated with upscale bedding and a tropical view. The staff's attentiveness, especially the butler service, ensured every need was met promptly with a smile.

Dining experiences could be lengthy, with wait times exceeding an hour for meals, and the beach area needs maintenance due to leftover debris and uneven sand.

Wow, the butler service was next level! Our chommie Fonsi really looked after us, making sure we had all our sundowners sorted. The food at Himitsu was a lekker surprise, the show was fantastic. Also, the beachfront views were just breathtaking, perfect for a morning stroll along the sand.

Had a bit of a struggle with reservations at the restaurants, felt a bit rush when trying to get into Himitsu.

Like, the staff here were totally on point! Super friendly and went outta their way to help, especially the waiters at Himatsu. The food was off the charts. best dinner ever with the Teppanyaki experience thanks to chef Gustavo! Sadly, no one really addressed it properly. Ugh!

Had an amazing group vacation here! We loved the beautiful resort grounds and took advantage of the fun activities like snorkeling and the sunset cruise. The Preferred Club added a nice touch to our stay. Just a heads-up, men need to wear long pants for specialty restaurants, and it’s best to make reservations early.

We did have to wait quite a while for our luggage after check-in, which was a bit frustrating.

The infinity pool was awesome, but dining service was slow and inconsistent.
