Overall, the experience was relaxing and delightful.

Had a blast at this resort over the weekend! the pools were stunning with a good dinner selection to choose from. Not too crowded either, which was a plus. the rooms were super modern and spacious, adding a touch of Tulum design. the gym and beach club were top-notch, offering a trendy vibe and fantastic service. Enjoyed the day activities like yoga and aqua aerobics, kept us entertained.

The construction around the resort felt sketchy, especially the stairways and fences, making it a bit unsafe to walk around. the mobile app was a mess, inaccurate on daily activities, and lacking location labels for restaurants and activities, leading to major confusion.
