We recently had an amazing stay at a stunning apartment building in Playa del Carmen. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the center on 5th Street and close to an excellent supermarket on 10th Avenue. the apartment itself was luxurious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the sea from our suite. the rooftop pool, bar, and spa were fantastic, offering everything and more than a hotel. the staff were kind and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back and stay at this exceptional place again.

There was a convenient 7-11 nearby and plenty of restaurants within a minute's walk. the rooftop pool offered breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere, with comfortable lounge chairs and pools of varying temperatures. Our host, Erica, was incredible, going above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. the apartment itself was beautiful, with modern amenities and a spacious balcony with ocean views. We will definitely be coming back here!

The apartment we stayed in, the presidential suite, was perfect for two people. The outdoor balcony had stunning ocean views. The rooftop pool was another highlight, with plenty of lounge chairs and pools with varying temperatures. The music was great and not too loud.

Our room wasn't ready at the requested time and was still not ready even at the normal check-in time. There were also some missing essentials in the room, such as kitchen utensils and towels.
