We loved being just steps away from the beach, with beautiful ocean views from our room. The pool and rooftop were amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the location was excellent, as it was centrally located with easy access to restaurants and bars. We were also impressed with the stable and reliable WiFi, which allowed us to do some work while enjoying our vacation.

the noise level in the hotel was quite high, especially with doors slamming and people being loud at all hours. It would have been nice if there were measures in place to minimize noise disturbance for a more peaceful stay.

Stayed at a nice, clean hotel just a short walk from the center of town and the beach. the hotel had a fantastic rooftop pool with great views that my 10-year-old son loved! the staff was friendly and helpful, with reception even assisting me in charging my phone and the housekeepers going above and beyond by tidying up our room and even folding our clothes. We had a pleasant stay in this small hotel and enjoyed the lovely town of Puerto Morelos. there were tasty pizzas available downstairs.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at a hotel near the beach, bars, and restaurants. the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of coffee and a nice mix of fresh fruit with granola and yogurt. There was also a mini fridge in the rooms, which was definitely a plus. We especially enjoyed the large swimming pool, which provided a proper swim, and the breathtaking views from the rooftop.

some noise could be heard from the hallways and nearby rooms. while the hotel was close to many restaurants, we didn't find any good places to eat close to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean. The king bed was wonderfully comfortable and the shower was amazing. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were extremely friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with the pool, which was incredible. We enjoyed watching the sunset and then coming back the next morning for a relaxing swim after a delicious breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the rooftop setting was very romantic and the food choices were varied. Although only part of the breakfast was included in the room price, we still found it to be a great start to our day.

We highly recommend this hotel to families and couples looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. The room was modern, clean, and had a wonderful king bed and shower. We also enjoyed the incredible pool and watched the sunset from there. The restaurant downstairs was excellent, with a separate pizza chef who made the best pizza we've had outside of Italy. the service, location, and amenities made our stay here unforgettable.
