We definitely got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was beautiful and the view was stunning. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and just a short walk to the beach. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The location at Database Location is stunning, right on a beautiful beach in a quiet area. It's perfect for those seeking tranquility and a good night's sleep. The sounds of waves and birds create a peaceful atmosphere. The property feels secluded and private, away from the busy street, but still within walking distance of various attractions. The rooms are great and the staff is fantastic and kind. The breakfast is really nice. Even during our stay in April, the place felt like our own. The beach beds and pool are excellent.

The beachfront location allowed me to walk on the soft sand and enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, considering the lively party scene in Tulum. I especially loved the yoga classes overlooking the trees and the sea. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

The hotel had a unique and artistic atmosphere that made my evenings there truly enchanting. The private beach was a perfect escape, and the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I loved playing with the sweet and playful dogs on the property. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the beach and clean, comfortable rooms.

There were some areas for improvement. The breakfast service was slow and understaffed, sometimes taking up to an hour to eat.

We spent new year at this hotel and it was amazing. the complimentary champagne and party favors were a nice touch. the location was great, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. the room had a nice balcony with a view of the ocean and the bed was comfortable.

The shower was also not great, the water pressure was low and the temperature was inconsistent. the hotel needs some maintenance and updating.
