Suites Bahia was the perfect choice for our one-week stay in Cozumel. The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of everything and close to the downtown-based dive operators. The staff was incredibly attentive and our room was ready even though we arrived an hour early. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a spectacular ocean view from the balcony. The breakfast, included in our price, was fantastic and served at the sister property, which was just a short walk away. we had a wonderful experience at Suites Bahia.

The value for money at Suites Bahia was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and had great amenities. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and stores, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the main plaza and 3 blocks from the ferry, making it easily accessible for travelers arriving from Playa Del Carmen. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even come with balconies. the buffet breakfast at the nearby Casa Mexicana is a delicious start to the day.

There were some issues with the customer service, particularly with one staff member who seemed uninterested in addressing concerns and was not accommodating when it came to a late checkout request.

We had a fantastic stay at Suites Bahia. The room had a lovely kitchenette with a full-size fridge, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the harbor where the cruise ships docked. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the town, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. The best part was the complimentary buffet breakfast at their sister hotel, which was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated being able to use the pool facilities at Hotel Mexicana, just a short walk away. a great experience!

This made it incredibly convenient for exploring and catching the ferry to Playa del Carmen. Another great aspect was the value for money. The hotel offered affordable prices without compromising on quality. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. I also loved that a free buffet breakfast was included at their sister hotel, Casa Mexicana. The breakfast spread was delicious and gave me a great start to my day. I was highly impressed with the service and staff at this hotel. They were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cozumel.

The interior room was not great, and there was no place to hang diving gear. The AC did not work very well, and the beds were extremely hard which made it hard to sleep.

The room was impeccably clean, and although the A/C was a bit noisy, it did a great job of keeping the room cool. Every morning, there was complimentary coffee available in the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that our price included a full breakfast/brunch at a nearby sister property. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of town within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the ferry to Playa del Carmen. it was just what we needed for our stay in Cozumel.

suites bahia was incredible! the staff, room, and maid service were all amazing. the complimentary breakfast at casa mexicana was the best i've had on my 10-day yucatan tour. i will definitely be returning!

Additionally, Palmeras restaurant, located nearby, offers a chef salad that is considered the best in Cozumel. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast menu offers a delightful variety of options, including fresh juices, custom omelets, and waffles with a wide range of toppings. The hotel also provides apartment-sized fridges in every room, allowing guests to store their own supplies.
