We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. the complimentary breakfast was a highlight, including a variety of essentials such as milk, juice, bread, fresh eggs. the staff were exceptionally sweet and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We felt safe and secure in the private pool and BBQ area. Excursions were easily arranged through the office. Suites Fenicia is the perfect home for travelers in Playa Del Carmen, and we had a wonderful experience.

Secondly, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests or issues that arose. Lastly, I did enjoy the proximity to the beach, as it provided a nice opportunity to take a stroll and enjoy the ocean views.

I was quite disappointed with my Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were very small and cramped, and the furnishings were outdated and worn.

Also, it was a quick and easy access to the beach and the highway, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The lack of accurate room descriptions on the website was disappointing. the shared cooking facilities and the absence of a table and chairs in the room were misleading.

The apartment is super clean, near everything. The lovely people who run the place are very nice and very friendly. They respond to text messages within minutes. Air conditioning problems were fixed within an hour. Great value!
