The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many big restaurants and parrillas nearby offering excellent food at very reasonable prices. It is also conveniently close to the ADO bus station, mercado 28, parque palapas, mall, and the airport. The rooms are clean and modern, with a safe in the closet to keep valuables. The staff speaks good English and the check-in process is quick and easy.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms can be a downside as guests can hear noises from other rooms, such as door closings, voices, and babies crying.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It is located right in the heart of the city, across from the post office, on a busy avenue called Avenida Sunyaxchen. This means that everything is close by and easily accessible. Additionally, the service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, laundry, and tour/ticket assistance. The in-room amenities like air conditioning and soundproofed rooms were great. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had a good selection of food and drinks. The staff was always helpful and welcoming.
