what an absoluteley dissapointing stay. No fridge or microwave in the room, who even thinks that’s okay? Tried to complain but their unfriendly staff just ignored me. I nearly gave a good review, but having to ask for a second bar of soap was simply too much to handle. pathetic, really.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the vibrant downtown area, allowing easy access to local markets and restaurants. We enjoy walking to nearby Parque Palapas on weekends for food and music, and there's a plethora of charming little stores around for souvenirs and arts.

The noise levels from other guests can be disruptive during nighttime hours.

I really enjoyed my stay, finding the room big enough and clean, and it was just a short walk, about a block away, to Mercado 28, which is perfect for grabbing souvenirs and local bites after a day of exploring the town, and it was also close to cafes and restaurants like ZION and La Habichuela Downtown, making it super easy to enjoy the local food scene.

I’ve seen better – but worse too

Front desk clerks were genuinely caring, and the drinking water provided was convenient! Much appreciated having both hot and cold options available.

While the atmosphere was often noisy, the poor Wi-Fi connection left us struggling to stay connected. There was also an annoying lack of elevators, making those heavy bags a hassle.

We really enjoyed our stay with the kids! The location was fantastic, close to the bus terminal, making it easy to explore. The rooms were clean and had a nice setup. Plus, the hot and cold water service at the front desk was a lifesaver.

the hotel was super clean and had a nice air conditioner that worked well. it’s close to mercado 28 so u can get cheap souvenirs and food easily. plus, had hot water in the showers which was great. the reception folks were chill and helpful. it’s a basic place but perfect if ur just in cancun to explore and not just stay at a resort.

the breakfast wasn't included and kinda sucked. There’s no elevator so carrying heavy bags up stairs was a pain.
