business suites kepler was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations. the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with great amenities, and the location felt safe with easy access to transportation options.

Bathroom layout was frustrating.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff member at the front desk who allowed us to check in early and even provided his cell phone to communicate with the Uber driver when I left my jacket behind. the suite itself was elegant with a spacious balcony that I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy. Everything was clean and the location in a safe neighborhood made it convenient to explore nearby restaurants and shops. the staff, including Juan and Jorge, were incredibly helpful, offering suggestions for sightseeing and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. They even provided welcome snacks and water, which was a nice touch.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich fand es toll, dass die Klimaanlage vorhanden und funktionsfähig war. Außerdem war der Strand ganz in der Nähe des Hotels, nur über die Straße zu erreichen. Die Lage war super, da man auch das Stadtzentrum schnell erreichen konnte. Es gab ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für mein Auto.

Absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

We loved the beautiful facilities and the helpful staff. The kitchenettes were a nice touch, although the fridges didn't have ice on any floor. The location was perfect, close to Polanco and other desirable places. a very good buy.

Felt very well, no reason to complain.
