We loved the hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just on the outskirts of the city and close to the pier for the ferry to Cozumel. We were also within walking distance of several great restaurants and Playa Mamitas.

The location of this hotel is great, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant 5th Avenue. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities such as a refrigerator and a safe. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Sunrise 42 Suites for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out and the two rooftop swimming pools were a wonderful addition. Additionally, the included breakfast buffet from the café next door was a great way to start the day.

sunrise 42 suites made my playa del carmen stay unforgettable! the staff was incredible, always helpful and kind. the spacious and clean superior room had super comfy beds and flawless air-conditioning. the hotel's location was perfect, close to 5th avenue but in a quiet area. exceeded expectations!

The hotel facilities were great, including the two small swimming pools on the rooftop which were perfect for cooling off. The location was ideal, just a one-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and shops on avedia 5, and also close to a nice beach.

I recently spent my Christmas at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and there were a few things that I really liked about it. the location was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near the start of the main strip, so I had easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. Secondly, the room was spacious and clean. the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything tidy and providing fresh towels. Lastly, I enjoyed the rooftop pool. It had a great view and was a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. the noise level was quite high.

The staff was extremely helpful and even helped us arrange discounted tours. the rooms were spacious and had nice amenities like a refrigerator and safe. We also enjoyed the two rooftop pools for cooling off. the location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach and close to many great dining options. It was a great value for the price we paid.

The only downsides were the firm mattresses, which were not to our preference, and the bright blue LED light on the air conditioning controls that lit up the room at night. It would have been nice to have a dimmer switch for the light.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were exceptional, providing excellent customer service and daily welcoming smiles. Check-in/out were quick and efficient. The hotel facilities were clean, including the two pools. The location of the hotel, in the quiet north part of the town at the corner of Quinta Avenida and Calle 42, was perfect. It was just a short walk to Mamita's beach club and there were many delicious restaurants nearby. The breakfast served at the restaurant next to the hotel was amazing, with great options for lunch and dinner. We also received a discount as hotel guests. a great experience!

I had a truly pleasant stay at Sunrise 42 Suites. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my partner during our entire visit. The hotel location was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a great balcony that provided a nice view. The rooftop pools and deck were an amazing bonus, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a noisy air conditioning unit and difficult-to-use room key, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others seeking a memorable stay in Playa del Carmen. I had a fabulous stay at Sunrise 42 Suites.

Amazing staff with mind-blowing customer service and tons of recommendations. Excellent cleaning service, super comfortable beds, and ok air conditioning. Great location close to attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend the nearby restaurants on 10th Avenue. Affordable taxi service to ADO Terminal. Will definitely leave a positive comment on TripAdvisor!
